I'll be surprised if it doesn't get more desperate towards the end. It has been remarkably tame in that regard other than a couple of exaggerated falls.

Thats the thing with Italy, no matter which generation of players it is, or the tournament or opposition involved, they have a history, a knack, an inherit knowledge/experience of what it takes to win tournaments. Its why they are one of the most successful National teams in history. They are just one of those nations that you just can never rule out.
