Off topic but quite impressed by the standard of refereeing in this tournament. Even the VAR seems to be working better than it does in the EPL

As @oggiet says it's semi-automated.

Whether that means the computer decides immediately and the officials then check I don't know.

VAR certainly working well here though, not sure when it's due in the EPL but I believe it's coming.
