At least 50% of the tickets for this game would have ended up on the black market. If you they were willing to pay enough, anybody could have got a ticket.Thought with these sort of matches season ticket holders took priority over normal supporters so as Dirk says they will be 100per cent fans of the club.
Would that particular season ticket holder be punished as well though? At least 50% of the tickets for this game would have ended up on the black market. If you they were willing to pay enough, anybody could have got a ticket.
Although not an excuse, what went on pre-game (Fiorentina ultras attacking West Ham fans) no doubt contributed to the troubles in the stadium too.
If they could identify the seat that the item was thrown from and link it back to the original ticket owner then they could be, yes. My underlying point however was that at these sorts of games you will find lots of fans that aren't regular match going fans. They'll call themself supporters of x but they only want to turn up for the big day and unfortunately, these games attract a lot of unsavoury characters (who could well be banned from attending matches in the UK) who are going over for one reason and that's to cause trouble.Would that particular season ticket holder be punished as well though?
I thought it was a deliberate movement.Bowen not just get elbowed in the box on purpose?
