UEFA Super Cup ... Chelsea v Atlético ... *** Spoilers***

Embarrassing, Abramovich should just get over his Hollywood football fetish or start supporting another team and let Chelsea get back to playing dogged football so they can win more trophies.

Talk about a waste of time with a dire performance like that. It looks like they turned up to visit the casino and not to play football.

Oh dear Chelsea crashed and burned...Dear god Falcao is something else, shredded Chelsea apart with a hattrick.

Would love to see him at Arsenal but Wenger or should I say Arsenal will splurge that much on one player...can see him at Chelsea or City in the future.

RDM is not going to last long. 4-0 :o

CL and FA cup in his first 18 games. 3 straight PL wins.. then he loses in a super cup match and his job is on the line?

That boy Falcao isn't far behind the likes of Messi/Ronaldo when it comes to scoring goals, maybe better? He is just now hitting his full potential at 26. If he is going to be sold for 60+ million, its going to have to be soon. Once he gets over the age of 28, no one will spend that money on him.

What do you mean you called him?

I said he's class, bloodline76 lost his head and said he didn't see anything special, then you randomly appeared and said Falcao and Hernandez up front.

Falcao doesn't need to play with another striker.

What ever happens with him, AM probably know they will get a good bit of money from him when he is sold in Jan.

He's been called Falcao all his life hasn't he?

Wouldn't mind seeing Falcao at Barcelona. Him and Messi in the same team would be awesome.

Not sure he would fit into their system with Messi. Messi is their focus point, Falcao would be pushed wide or sit on the bench.

Chelsea or Real Madrid would be better options for him. He would fit straight into RM.

Falcao in uefa comps

games 40
goals 37
hat tricks 4

You also said Rooney in midfield with Hernandez up front. If you're going to do the I told you so at least have an initial point that isn't completely insane to begin with :o

Even funnier is, Azza posted a video saying he's fantastic, Stewy says he's supposed to be phenomenal as a question, Dan says Porto have ANOTHER incredible striker also, then one person says he doesn't see anything special.

In other words 3 other people said Falcao was incredible before Nick said a thing, who as you said came up with a ridiculous plan involving a player in a position he can't play and.... Hernandez upfront with Falcao.

Why you'd put someone so phenomenally, massively worse than Falcao alongside him to ruin half his goals by getting them ruled offside I don't know :p

This is why I say Hernandez is a joke, you can have Hernandez, or a player like Falcao. Stoke should buy strikers who are insanely one dimensional and whose entire game is based around linesman incorrectly ruling them onside and tap ins, the best teams in the world should be focusing on players of Falcao's quality. Honestly Falcao/Villa/Eto'o/Ibra and several others make Welbeck/Hernandez look a complete joke.

There arent that many 21 year old strikers who have scored 20+ goals in their first EPL season (and dont even try that old" offside" line, he had as many incorrectly ruled out for offside as he did given that were offside)

Eto'o and Ibra must be getting on for 10 years older than Hernandez, so try and make a slightly fairer comparison will you (I know this will be hard for you but try at least)

In regards to the game - I didnt watch it, but am happy about the result after all the Chelsea supporters who thought this was a given and have been acting so superior for months , hoping they are going to come back down to earth now after the manner of the defeat

Falcao didn't have to 'come good'.

He was already mind-blowing at Porto, there was never a question of his ability and anyone that did is bonkers. Madrid has just given him a more popular league to tear apart.
