Just reinstalled windows again after changing boot options and disabling option three. Reason is that it kept creating and installing on a UEFI boot manager, what is that?

It is used for Fast Boot when you have compatible hardware and a SSD; rather than the BIOS try and load drivers which can delay boot time the hardware drivers are loaded by the OS.
