Ugliest Aston Martin Ever?

[Lagonda pic]
Aw, that's a bit unfair - a particularly unflattering photo.

Yes, it's clearly of its time, what with that "Curves? **** curves!" William Towns design [see also the AML Bulldog], but it works as a whole, unlike that insulting Zagato mongrel that the OP linked to. I've certainly seen uglier, less well-proportioned cars.

Zagato really are coach-building one trick ponies. The only recent Zagatification that I can think of that worked was the AM Zagato V12.

They should have that car taken from them and be charged for the work required to rectify the damage.

I can't actually think of a nice Zagato...

The Lagonda isn't pretty, or reliable, but that bonnet is amazingly low considering whats underneath it. Big stonking V8 :D All touch sensitive controls inside too. Shame they don't work. :D

Spot on. I would have to say that they have ruined those two cars.

I fully expected this thread to be about the Lagonda although in a rather strange way I quite like the way it looks. I understand that it's an unreliable heap of junk but it's not the looks that would put me off assuming I could ever afford one.
