UGREEN NASync Software Integration

Any owners of UGREEN NASync have experience with file sharing via links?
Am trying to replicate the functionality of Dropbox/GDrive on my PC

Is there explorer integration at all?
Have can you share NAS files with other users without sending the actual file, or giving permission etc?
