I dotn have multipliers on my CPU so im just taking a constructive guess, try upping the multiplyer and leaving the FSB at the 3.2 ghz, see what happens then.
Now i would try to get to 3.25 and see if its stable.
If it is then try higher still in 50mhz jumps. Once you come to a hiccup up the vcore one notch, see if it boots then... if it doesnt up the vcore again and if it didnt boot before it should now... not gaurenteeing anything though.
Also what are you temps like at this moment in time? Tell me this before proceeding with the above.
it is pc5300 ddr2 ram though, should be fine if it were running 1:1.
I find it weird too, as even on an asrock board my 3ghz p4 (email me 5b lol) will do 3.5ghz stable on stock volts. If I had a decent motherboard, some new ram, a good PSU and water cooling it would be an excellent clocker. Just need the £200 for that stuff if I dont sell it!
