UK soldiers to face prosecution for war crimes

What were the reasons for storming the home? ***** and giggles is unlikely so what's the reason?

I didn't say I'd rather die than fight however fighting is going to lead to dying much sooner.

If what you say is true you wouldn't have the stories of armies laying down arms against foes like the taliban or isis. Unless you're saying these groups represent said countries?

At the end of the day if the information was correct and Iraq did indeed have chemical weapons they were planning on using against us then fair enough. The citizens should have anything helped rather than resisted. If I knew that the UK was planning on using chemical weapons against another country and we were subsequently invaded I wouldn't give resistance. I'd give them a map to the Houses of Parliament and offer a lift.

Since we now know how much ******** the chemical weapons claims were the people that instigated such an attack should be prosecuted.

Pure interest what nationality/religion are you?

And do you have any insights as to those with the most bizarre extreme views always require others to search for evidence to back up their claims? Why not provide them if you feel so strongly.

So you have never met a victim of war, an Iraqi, Afghan or Bosnian. Here some of there stories. and yes there are many people from there whom suffer from PTSD after seeing soldiers shoot there famalies or rape them.

Reading up on Dr David Kelly raises suspicions but can also be explained that he violated his job contract, didn't feel he was correctly quoted and was under intense scrutiny by both the media and government. Hardly surprising to contribute to a suicide.

While sealing the post mortem and inquest seems suspect it doesn't mean foul play.

Any more? I'm interested to know how you've come to your stance. Other posters on the forum have some bizarre stances on certain things and have subsequently been proven wrong (even if they don't see it). Unless you explain your reasoning there's little reason to post the more emotive ideas.

And no while I have never met a war victim I do know a few refugees from Iraq. Few have had some stories to tell about dubious searches and feeling uneasy about soldiers none have said they preferred the previous arrangements. (To quantify 7 people all now uk citizens)

There are plenty of people with the same views as I. Ask the people of NI, and the people whom are anti war. Anti corperation.

Oh yea I know, doesn't make you right. Never heard of Argumentum ad populum?

I've made a collection of fascist crackpot FB posts over the last year, enjoy :)

That's because the Iraqi court system doesn't have authority over British troops, has much lower standards and may be equally as biased. It also goes against the soldiers human rights as Iraq still has the death penalty. Don't you want the proof of burden to be high, so that you are not just relying on hearsay and actually convict people who deserve it? If proof of burden is too high in the UK, then the civil courts should be lowering its standards? do you own shares in a private prison system perchance? :P

You're arguing against the wrong person here. I totally agree with that statement. I'm pointing out to Scorza that we are dealing with our own, like we should be. I certainly don't think soldiers should be tried in Iraqi courts! :p

My viewpoint is that any alleged war crimes by British troops should be investigated... By the British military/British courts system. We shouldn't whitewash over anything that may actually have happened, but equally we certainly should not hang anyone out to dry without a good amount of evidence that they actually committed a war crime. We keep our house in order and stand up as a good example to the rest of the world.

"We are against all war crimes and will punish any of our own that commit crimes, just like we back the punishment of any others that commit these crimes".

That's how you stop organizations like the ICC being seen as an imperialist construct. Do as I do, not just do as I say (which, to be fair, is unfortunately increasingly rare).

The man was summarily executed, the mistake was filming it.

/puts on body armour

Let's just say that some of those idiots who were shooting at our troops and tried to walk away (etc) after hiding and then dropping their gun were not always forgiven.

The reason being is that it's totally planned and intended for pot shots, and then look innocent. Those guys shooting at our troops knew exactly what they were/are doing. Whilst the moral dilemma after having caught one and then killing them is obviously pretty sickening, but so is laying explosives and maiming anyone (including children) that happen to walk that way, or shooting a gun and thinking they can get away with it.

Being trained and having the mental anguish whilst in theatre of waiting to be killed by an unseen guerrilla enemy is clearly going to be at odds sometimes.

I in no way defend the actions, but I have to admit in some ways I understand it. At the same time I am a little sick just for thinking that way as well, as I am so far removed from the situation, in my lovely safe environment.

Are you referring to the commonly believed myth that the CIA armed and trained Osama bin Laden in Afghanistan against the Russians?

Al-Qaeda and ISIS are more a figment of propaganda then anything else. Muslims aren't smart enough or have enough style to create the glossy videos. Also whenever you do see isis fighters they are just waving flags or firing at nothing. More journalists have been killed in 2015 then any previous years because they were starting to uncover the truth. isis fighters are trained by cia and told to say Allahu akbar for the cameras. They get paid with oil money dealings with turkey but hey if you're getting paid, what the heck right?

Edit: watch this to see how what kind of deranged sickos work in washington. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M84l19H68mk

This is worth watching too https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Axz6xkWowZk

You're saying Muslims are smart enough to be film directors?

I thought you were Muslim?

I said not smart enough, but if there is a muslim director in west or hollywood but these videos come from Iraq right?...right? And they are terrorists right?

Not at all of them no. Only a rather small minority.

They could have hired one or just pirated a video editing software and learnt (or maybe paid). To say they're not smart enough to use such easy tools is absolute rubbish. One of their western recruits may have experience.

Yeah missed the "not" my bad.

You think they are smart enough to use green screen for the fake beheading videos? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=scD3oYQuigk

or use compositing where the "executioners" look 7 foot tall in another video

So what are the rest doing? If you ask me, anyone who pledges allegiance to isis needs to be taken out, even if they are not combatants.

Somehow painting a whole section of society is fine for manoz. I feel like I'm listening to the plantation owner in Django Unchained talking about "blacks".

Let's forget the Muslims in British society that are very smart, and the fact all middle eastern countries have broadcasting and film making specialists. Not to mention all the artists that live and work in the Middle East. Most of them are Muslim too.

so a terrorist group needs a propaganda department does it? Doesn't seem very terrorist like to me. Seems the word has changed meaning somewhat over the years. But I guess you can expect the best production values when we run some isis twitter accounts too. Funny thing is they have no impact anymore cos people are figuring out all the false flags and hoaxes. whatever...though isis is just branding and marketing terror and all the other terrorist groups with the same flag are franchises

Why not? If your core value is some Islamic state then you're going to need people to fill it/fight for it. A marketing department doesn't sound like a bad shout now.

Even I know how green screens work and I can't figure out how to hold a frame in premier pro.

Stop spreading rubbish please nothing you've linked yet has substance. Well other than the cyclone wiki link sorry.

So why isn't the kingpin Al-Baghdadi in these vids? Nothing I post will have any substance will it? cos you want to believe Islamic Terror exists so bad and it's out to get you in the west :D If they do end up here be sure to thank the gov for arming them and giving them the shiny toys they need for an invasion. Here this will amuse you https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ou-9aiRFsVM

Family friendly forum mate.

I have no proof either way if they're a creation by the west. Regardless for what they do they need to be stopped...

It doesn't keep me awake at night.

Here Putin explains it best https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OQuceU3x2Ww

we created isis as a proxy army to go after Assad cos he's not a puppet and help this project http://www.globalresearch.ca/greater-israel-the-zionist-plan-for-the-middle-east/5324815 so we're not actually fighting them, just pretending. Russia is though. The US spent 500 million quid to train 60 syrian rebel fighters too but they turned out to be naff lol

I know, except we're making both sides of it. Strange times.

N17 you have made some big claims.

You have stated all servicemen and women are terrorists that apparently now target innocent people and also they commit murder.

You failed to bring any proof of your knowledge regarding un noticed war crimes

You stated you had friends serving but then go on to say you don't anyone serving

After all this I can't read anymore you put on because it's not being backed up with proof.

Just another bell end that quotes Web sites plays games and tries to be part of some utopian revolution from your computer desk.

Conclusion, like I mentioned once already, bell end.
