Usually pressing R2 and L2, while moving around the right analogue stick should work ok, dont forget your boost aswell. If not you should try the pro flight mode, and watch the youtube link somebody put up earlier in the thread (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VX1gDnqJBGM)
