I was just wondering what you say about the service, for example do you get the speeds you should through the week and weekends etc, or do the drop badly etc.

Has the new central been installed? and have speeds cleared up? I was with UKFSN for about 5 weeks and it was dreadful, went back to zen.

Hope it goes well for you, im thniking of migrating to these to, caps are very gernerous, they don't throttle/shape either, im thinking of the MAX 60 package for £29.99, 60gb peak hrs, 330gb of peak, peak hrs are 8am till 10pm Monday to Friday, and all weekend is classed as off peak, so will do me fine, shaping/throttling is what i don't want, ill keep to caps, but not if its shaped/or throttled to 20k or summit. :)

i think you migrated to AOL at the time i was considering them a few months ago?
am going for the 300 gig p.m. not that i will be getting near to that, can only get a 3meg max line mostly 2.3 meg here :(
still i will be happy getting the throughput i was getting off Eclipse 6 months ago
saying that Eclipse have got better over xmas with much better speeds than i was gettting at the begining of Dec

been with ukfsn for a month i wasnt happy to start with but now its far better with the new pipe. i save £15 a month extra also since i switched

Yep :P the only dissapointment i do have is that i was with Nidlram before and was getting 700mbps download rate with fileplanet but only get 5mb at most with ukfsn as of yet
ukfsn seem to be stable, Nildram for me only went down 3 times in 6 years.

I am currently with Nildram and i aint jumped the ship yet as most seem to have done, i like the idea of the weekend being classed as off peak hours but my main concern about that is, will the speeds be appauling as loads leeching at that time.

It was getting pathetic for me with Nildram almost every night after 8-9pm id get major sync issues and when i connect either i was half way playing Defcon or Gmod and get cut off again after 5mins. So i moved :D

Funny you say that ive been getting sync problems all the time at nights never thought it could be nildram.

Yeah thats what i thought i checked on the nildram login to see my exchange it was clogged to hell and on red , and the notice due for upgrade on "date" blah blah. I phoned Nildram also to see if they could take a look and said BT are on it etc... it did nothing for me in the end. Ukfsn were rated via this forum so i joined them , its been clear for the past month.

no issues

You are aware that's a) got nothing to do with Nildram and b) exactly the same for Enta, or any other BTw ISP?

Im quite happy with the service. I've only been on for a few weeks, I've only had a few teething issues, one of which was caused by a line fault. Speeds seem pretty good, although my lines not great so it can vary. My dad's extatic with the level of customer interaction too, as hes sure hes recieved more updates and info from UKFSN than we recieved from Pipex in the 3+ years we were with them, in a month.

Am on the office45max product, and tbh, its really good for what you pay :)
