I'm happy with my connection now, got my profile back up to 7150 and my router has somehow managed to keep sync at 8128 with 26-28 attenuation and less than 5 SNR all night. :eek:

Compare that to my old Speedtouch that needed the SNR boosted in DMT to keep sync as it would drop at below 6 db, which was the original cause for my profile loss.
 
i keep loosing connection and when i check my router status it says lpc waiting to come up then connects again.Sumtimes when i notice the connection has gone down if i look at router the internet light flashes amber then goes back to green after around 10 secs and then my internet comes back on again.Its only started happening since moving to 8mb,my router is a netgear dg834.i have noticed its done it around 3 times today when i have been around.I maybe still on my trail for 8mb so not sure if this can cause the problem?
 
Today is actually the BEST day i've had while being on enta's network! :D

My upstreams blazin at 380 kb/s !! whoa yeah! :D

To the guy who keeps getting connection drop outs, if it still happens when enta fix there problem, it might be your router. I have the same router as you and I kept loosing my connection when I switched to ADSL MAX / 8 meg, a quick firmware upgrade to V3 fixed it ! :)

Two days ago my profile was 7150, yesterday it was 6500, and now today its 7150 again, some weird stuff is going on... :o

Edit: Why the hell is Global 1 down to 4.2mb/s and amber at half one in the afternnon?!

Yeah noticed this yesterday, i came in about 4pm and noticed 2x pipes were getting hammered, i thought everyone had stayed off work/school and piled on the net. :p

EDIT: Global Switch 1 is now down to 3.4mb and Amber, dropping like a stone, and its only 4pm.

Yeah starting to seriously think of moving away from these atm, speeds have been terrible over the past month for me.
 
Me too. For the last week i have been getting a mere 1.5megs on my 8meg connection 24/7. Just a flat line at 177K so somethings limiting me. Glad its only monthly contracts!

Question is who to move to?! No be in my area
 
Although the speeds get down to 1.5megs on a night I am still happy with the service as my pings are still 19ms and also the hope that more pipes will soon sort this problem
 
Been fine for me, i just do most of my downloading during the peak hrs as ive got 60gb to play with, get full speeds then, and at weekends doesn't really matter as whatever i have going i just leave to get down and game or summit, 2mbs perfectly fine, thats if it goes that low. :)

Are you resetting your routers every morning? There is an on going problem with their Anti loss tool where it is not bringing current sessions back up.
