I'm with ADSL24 on the office 45 product. My line is crap(4mb) but I don't think I've seen it drop below 4mb at offpeak time.Pings are good aswell :) 18ms average for me to UK servers. Also great tec support!!!

All enta resellers are pretty much fantastic at what they do also with a small cmr base they can offer quick and and personlised services, better than bigger isp's.
As for choosing a provider i decided to go with TitanADSL and i think Teki187 did too. Also TitanADSL is an enta provider like adsl24.

speed wise is pretty much good performance all round also enta have got a further 2 centrals to be activated soon with 2 also been activated in the past 2 weeks. Just shows enta are provding the resources to maintain a great service.

The Box. They haven't enabled 2 centrals in the past 2 week. They enabled 1 central and lit 1 segment in the past 2 weeks. The next 2 centrals will most likely be lit at the end of summer (Septemberish time) and the other one before the end of 2007. Remember they have 5 segments left to light still over those last 2 centrals.

Anyway they are a honest ISP and show everything about their network here: http://noc.enta.net/ including the load on the centrals. The only shaping they do is a Anti Loss tool which limits every protocol down when the load gets high, and will limit everyone in 1/2 a meg steps until it is at a point where packet loss doesn't happen. When the load eases off the max speed is then raised. This is done on a per central basis.

I should really just copy and paste this...
