My Dad’s been with UkOnline for a few years now and until this year they’ve been great.
In the last couple of months though, we’ve noticed they’re service has gone downhill; DNS issues, connectivity and just general sluggishness
I’ve changed his DNS servers to ones that I was recommended here, and problems have still persisted?
Are there any other UkOnline users here with service issues, or ways of sorting them out: Or is it simply time for him to move on?
