How low are we talking about, are the drives, etc soundproofed, is it just a very faint hum?

the parts come to £2600 and that Doesn't include any cooling or psu. Add the assembly charge and overclocking. Also I can't find the ram they are using so it might be upto an extra £100 for the ram.
