Ultima Dreadnought issue

Hi , recently purchased a Ultima dreadnought sytem + 40gb ssd and an extra GTX470 sli'd up (https://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=FS-132-OE). Since purchase the system reboots with the 4ghz cpu overclock. It runs stable on the optimized settings (2.8ghz) but fails everytime using the saved oc bios profile. Im wondering if its a hardware fault or a bios setting wrong somewhere? Im guessing the fact that it wont run at the "sold as speeds" its a warranty issue. I have a semi decent idea of my way around a pc so if anyone can help point me what to check out it'd be mucho appreciated. Also I purchased the system without an OS and am wondering if the system was tested before dispatch ?

If the system is new and under warranty, then contact OCUK to sort out the issue, as it should work as sold!

Thanks for the advice , I have a webnote waiting just wondered if any1 could give me a few pointers on what to check (bios settings, etc) incase its something silly.

Yeah best bet is to call them and they can sort it out for you .
