Actually as I was watching them put the bubbles in I was thinking that they'd probably help cooling. Instead of using fans to cool components all you'd need would be to pump air down to spray bubbles over the heatsinks! :D

As the bubbles splash to the surface they would gain a large surface area for the oil to dissipate its heat.

air in the bubbles would heat up and when they got to the top, the heat would be dispersed into the air! pretty good cooling id say :p looks ace as well

i rekcon oil is to thick to use on computers with.. want something more runny.
Pure water im sure doesn't conduct electricity... though over time it can accumulate dirt and dust making it more and more conductive..
