Changing of the Guard. Series 4, episode 1.
Red Troop is sent to a former Soviet republic where an armed group has seized the daughters of a British Embassy official. Henno has to swallow his pride when charismatic new captain Patrick Fleming takes control of the operation, leading Becca, Louis Dave and new trooper Finn in a hunt for the kidnappers. But in the race to save the girls, Henno's experience proves vital.

I only recorded 90 minutes of it and it was on for 2 bloody hours.
Just got to the bit where they find the kidnappers camp (where they've had a rest) and the Russian gets a bullet through his head.

Some details of what happened next would be nice.

They rescued the girls after discovering the ex-Spetnaz guy was a mole and Henno forced him to reveal the destination of the kidnappers.

Did they kill the kidnappers including the nicer one who was making the daisy chains?

"I surrender"

*pop pop* *pop pop*

SAS don't take prisoners :p . None of them survived, the bad one got shot in the eye from half a mile.

Yeah it is so silly. And Ross Kemp is so butch and hard is it hilarious.

Ultimate Force has added viewingness for the Heather Peace scenes.;)

Ross Kemp is actually hard in real life. He was actually IN the SAS (Super Army Soldiers). I mean, how do you think he knows how to do all that **** in the programme?

He might know how to do all that **** in the programme but it is the super-butch way in which he does it that is so funny.

:(

Extras reference missed....

Lol, the ending was so cheesy last night.

Ross Kemp: ...something about not wanting to become a dinosaur
Other army guy: "So, what are you going to do Sergeant?"
Ross Kemp: *dramatic pause + coy look* "Evolve."

Cue odd scene of him standing on a little jetty---credits.

Doesn't SAS stand for "Special Air Service?"

Watched this last night, halariously bad, especially the acting. About as wooden as the English forest they were filming it in.

Yeah , he was reffering to the episode of extras where Kemp sent himself up brilliantly.
Your the second person to miss this :)

Did you see the bit where the camera was looking up at their faces as they were "running", yet if you look at the trees behind them they aren't moving. They were running on the spot.:o:D
