Ultrabooks with TB3

Looking to replace my XPS12 with another ultrabook/hybrid. I have found the eGPU solution very convenient so the replacement will need to have a TB3 port.
I have looked at options from Dell (both XPS and Latitudes) but would like to see if there are any other options from HP, Lenovo etc.

In order of thickness (thickest to thinnest):

Thinkpad T490
Thinkkad T490s (thinner than the T490 so has shorter battery life but with 4 PCI lanes)
Thinkpad X390
Thinkpad X1 Carbon (4 PCI lanes I think)

Which X1 carbon as the one I had previously with a 5th gen CPU did not have one.
