Umbraco CMS

Anyone used Umbraco? Looking at using it as our content management system for our website. As we need a CMS which is free and ASP.NET based this seems like the ideal solution. Also, the support seems really good and documentation. Just wondered if anyone has any personal opinions on it?

looks interesting. Thanks for bringing this up. I didn't know an open source ASP.net solution existed.

I run a blended custom solution of CMS and cataloguing system in ASP classic. You can see it in action at http://www.cybernautix.co.uk. This is very fast and does what I want want perfecty but it costs some money - like everything good.

However, some clients don't have a lot of bucks for a custom solution so a good ASP.net one is worth investigating.

I'm just starting testing this to see if it's suitable for an Intranet site at our organisation (serving 600+ users). Looks very promising so far.

Would be interesting to see how you get on. I going to start looking at the documentation this week.
