I've normally got an umbrella in my bag, (I went to University in Wales, so with the rainfall their it became something of a habit).

Don't quite get what the problem is with having one ...

Mostly stupid people that feel one drop of rain and pull out their umbrellas in an attempt to blind other pedestrians.
