Now at end of November and RTX 3080 SUPRIM X pre-order still not up on OCUK, I dont think I will get RTX 3080 card this year.

Stop torturing yourselves. 1000 in a queue.... really? Cancel. Get on discord/telegram. Purchase 3080 or a 3070 to tide you over until March when stock might normalise. You won’t lose much of any money on a 3070 purchase. I cannot understand leaving your money in an endless queue.

So I've moved 5 places from 135 to 130 in the queue for the MSI VENTUS X2 OC 3070. I also spotted stock of the Asus Dual OC elsewhere on the web. Hit the 'preorder' button, despite the page saying 17 in stock, and now I've just had Yodel confirm delivery for tomorrow! Once it arrives, I guess my fellow queuemates may move forward another spot...

I been on StockDrops on discord for 3 weeks now and over 2500 people subscribed 3080 notifications, it not easy to grab a RTX 3080 card after notification send out and I clicked it instantly only to find out it was out of stock already. Saw MSI RTX 3080 Gaming X Trio notification last night at 10.49PM, my heart beat very fast clicked link instantly and gutted to see it was out of stock. Absolutely devastated hundreds or thousands people tried to bought it at same time but somebody managed to grabbed it only seconds faster than I did.

It is impossible to buy it through discord with over 2500 people subscribed 3080 notifications and telegram do not have stock notification for RTX 3000 series. Not worth get RTX 3070 as it only 15% faster than my RTX 2080 but it always out of stock when I clicked links and RTX 3090 has plenty of stocks but nope I not going to spent £1600-£1900 on it.

After 3 weeks on discord, StockDrops supposed to send notifications when bots scan for cards in stock, the whole time I thought notifications was send nearly instantly. But after read interesting reddit post 1 hour ago someone informed 2 brands RTX 3070 cards are in stock now, I checked it out and 1 brand are still on stocks and other brand was out of stock at very high price. But interesting I noticed StockDrops as well as Stock Radar still failed to send out notifications 1 hour later now. Also checked stock notifcation on twitter found they did not send notifications 1 hour later.

So I just now realised stock notifications on both discord and twitter are unreliable, they must had send out notifications hours late. That why I cant get MSI RTX 3080 Gaming X on Friday when it was out of stock hours earlier and notications send out hours late.

What an absolutely shamble!

Look like it may take about 10 weeks to get to position 1.

Discord and twitter notifications over the last week was awful with very few UK notifications and a thousand people tried to buy RTX 3000 card but it was out of stock few seconds later.

Saw competitor status back on 1 December unknown number of MSI RTX 3080 SUPRIM X stock was arrived that day but I cant buy or pre-order it.

Unless you're within touching distance of a card, then still being in a queue at this point is bordering on lunacy. You've less chance of getting a card in a queue then using discord etc, and they've got your money.

Not only do I wish for more communication from ocuk but also kfa/galax. I have emailed kfa/galax a few times now asking other questions as well as any info on stock to the UK, zero reply.

Look at their socials, well Facebook is the only one they use.. its just advertisements. Zero info about stock numbers, not even a simple acknowledgement of the situation. I don't care how small a manufacturer you are, there is zero excuse for zero info.

As much as I really wanted the kfa 3080, looking at the stock numbers going down on the other site, the closer I get to cancelling the kfa card. Looking at you, white strix....

Darujhistan posted above on 27 November, yes I checked that retailer had preorder button after he posted it on this thread but RIGHT NOW it not in stock and all 3070 cards on the list on that retailer got no preorder buttons. I wished they put preorder button on MSI RTX 3080 SUPRIM X so I can preorder it or surprise to find it have some in stock.

Just goes to show you can get cards faster without waiting in a queue, that's all i'm saying. People have been in queues since launch and have nothing to show for it, many others didn't fall the for the pay-in-advance-to-queue nonsense and have a card...

People waiting in queues are getting overtaken by people who didn't queue, so those cards you're queuing for are being snapped up...

I managed to get an order through for a 3060Ti yesterday, money is taken and confirmation email but nothing else. Should I expect any other update? A simple estimate would be nice at least..
