Gigabyte Eagle, Ordered@14:30, 47 in the queue 3 weeks ago, today I'm 43! In the unofficial i was 70 odd.
Legit looks like I'm not getting a card this year if Gigabyte don't ship any eagles to OCUK. Don;t think there's been a single shipment.

Indeed, they will all be cancellations, 3080 TUF OC position change from last week 130 to 129. This is just ridiculous, a month after launch and to get 0 cards in a week.
Have my reply updated. Strix 3080 OC, 14th Oct, official 495. 59 pcs for two weeks. Almost four months later, I should be able to get my card....
Have you got evidence to back this up? The non-OC is just a OC without a factory OC. This is normally a bios update that they have to do. As such, there's more effort to create the OC version (well, about 5 mins. to install the bios). The production is the same.

Likely not fishy. The more people you have in front of you in the queue the greater number of places you'll jump due to cancellations, as cancellations when averaged are basically a percentage of the total orders. In my case with the Ventus the official numbers pulled from the spreadsheet show that for approximately every 100 positions in the queue you are, about 10 positions ahead of you will cancel. So people in the 100 ish range moved about 50 positions after a shipment (which was approximately 48 cards). Where as those in the 200-300 range moved about 60 positions and in the 300-400 that was about 70 positions, this is a fairly reliable pattern.

Gigabyte has had eagle stock problems as the factory has been closed for 2 weeks so there will probably be another month before any come.
