hi there, i hope this is an easy one for someone to help me with.
something went wrong with my first attempt at installing win 7. Started over again and before i did, i made sure i formatted the drive again in case it had any 'dodgy' stuff from the previous failed attempt.
installed fine and up and running.
Weirdly, i get a boot menu option every time i restart windows. Also, i can only boot in into Win 7 only with the install dvd in the optical drive! If i remove the install disc from drive, it says it can't find 'boot manager' or something.
i've googled and i've looked as msconfig but that looks fine (only 1 win 7 there).
With admin rights, i've looked at bcdedit but not sure about that one..
tried: bdcedit /default {current}
Anybody come across this before?? thanks!
