Unable to create new folder on RAID hdd

Hi. I'm unable to create a new folder on my hdd raid set up. I can create one on the ssd, but the option disappears when i go into the raid drives. I've managed it before as there are files on there? Any ideas? :confused:

They are a pair of Samsung 1tb in RAID1. Windows 7 OS

You will need to provide us the specific error message you receive when trying to create a folder.

I am thinking this is a permissions issue, though without any further info it might as well be a wild guess.

Hi SiriusB. There is no error message. When you right click on the folder there is no option to create new folder, its not even greyed out. Using the short cuts keys, nothing happens. Both of these work in the ssd.

Resolved. I've updated the raid driver.
