Unable to find driver for Bluetooth peripheral device

Unable to find driver

I've researched many websites, updated/uninstalled/installed lots of drivers yet still I can't connect the Logitech adapter to my laptop.

The adaptor is used to play music over and I know it works because I've tried it on my tablet and phone and it worked like a charm.

It finds it but it can never find the peripheral device driver.

If it helps I have an laptop and I've been to the manufacturer's website for drivers.

Solved.

Uninstalled anything and everything related to the wireless adapter, including the intel software, then reinstalled it.

It seems that removing the driver alone wouldn't solve the problem and it required the removal of the intel Proset tools or whatever it's called.
