Hope someone can help. I have an old T Mobile Pulse which I haven't used for a while. I've charged it up and now want to give it to my wife to use but I can't log in to her gmail account on it. Everytime I try it says....
Can not establish a reliable data connection to the server.
This could be a temporary problem or your sim card may not be provisioned
for data services. If it continues call customer care.
This happens on 3G as well as Wifi. The phone can make and receive calls, browse the internet etc.... I've found one solution relating to logging into YouTube, but when I try to log into YouTube it goes straight to the create a googlemail account. I've cleared the cache on the Google mail apps and rebooted the phone but still no change, and I can't find Account settings anywhere under Settings .

Has anyone experienced this or know of a solution???

I'd suggest a factory reset to make this quicker (it will check connectivity too). Account settings are homescreen > menu button > settings > Accounts if you don't want to do this. To perform a factory reset:

Homescreen
Press the menu icon.
Press Settings.
Press SD card & phone storage.
Press Factory data reset.
Press Reset phone.
Press Erase everything.
