Unable to run Bad Company 2 in fullscreen (flashing screen)

As title.. I cannot run Bad Company 2 in full windowed mode.

If i do this I get very bad screen flash with the image constantly scrolling down (if that makes sense)

I have to change my settings folder to False under fullscreen.

Has anyone else encountered this and managed to fix the problem?

Setup is Q6600 @ 3.4ghz
Radeon 5770 Crossfire
Windows 7 64bit

It ran fine in the beta, and fine for a few days on release. Then starting doing the weird flash!

Turn Catalyst AI to Standard (presumably you have it set to Advanced).

Was set to standard, so I set it to disabled and it works perfectly
