From my side, pretty much this.

From the POV of OCuK it was sent from their company. In doing this said person just revoked the right to "A personal opinion of my own which does not necessarily reflect that of OCuK"

i would very much appreciate a copy via trust as I have a follow up call on Monday with Michelle and have numerous screen caps from the forums tonight and this could also be very useful to have
