Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection practically confirmed

Just finished U2 - forgotten how good it is - gfx are pc quality with flawless performance - endless gun fights towards the end get a bit annoying but the set pieces make up for it.

Finished Drakes Fortune remastered on crushing after a mammoth stint over the weekend (also played through Until Dawn). I did use the "skip" for the "Blue Room" (Cistern) bit as it was proving just ridiculously savage! Apart from that I didn't find it too frustrating. I really enjoy the way the AI loves to flank you in the first game - really keeps you on your toes.

Currently a couple of hours into Among Thieves and it is steadily reminding me why it's one of my favourite games of all time.

Uncharted 2 is such a stunning looking game. It's hard to imagine it was designed for PS3 and shows what the hardware was capable of doing. It looks better than most PS4 games and has some great particle effects.

Just finished to it's an amazing adventure game with some dire shooting thrown in. Shame the shooting is a big part of the game. The last 6-7 sections are tedious to say the least...

Still a great game but not quite as good as I remember now.

are you timing it?

hehe.

Uncharted 2 on crushing quite hard....final boss I got no clue how will I beat him.

MOOGLEYS: tips? :)

Yeah there is/was too much shooting from Chapter 16-17 and so on.

Just ordered this with my Rakuten points I got, quite looking foward to playing these again.

Not looking forward to some sections of them though that are utter cheese fests, but on the whole they're good. Never played much of three though (probably about an hour) so that should be good.

Finished 3 last night. As good as 2 apart from the new melee combat they introduced which just became annoying and the story wasn't as good but some of the set pieces made up for it which were just amazing. One problem I had through the series was the wave after wave of enemies at some sections but the rest of the game made up for it. Overall they really are epic adventures and I loved them. Cant wait for 4.

Really not enjoying 3. The constant wave after wave of the same enemies is getting tedious. The whole game is fight your way in, fight your way out rinse repeat. The exploring sections are fantastic but the shooting is as horrendous as ever.

I loved these on PS3 but tbh playing now on PS4 a few years later I'm really struggling to find what I got so excited about. The great story and exploration is constantly ruined by the god awful shooting parts which seem to lack thought and are there to add filler.

I'm going to say it but going back the trilogy for me is very overrated and tbh a 6/10 at best from me. It has moments of pure genius but every time it's ruined by monotonous boring shooting which makes up most if the game.

Hopefully 4 will be better....

Not played the series again yet but I seem to remember uc1 and I think uc2 have a lot more puzzles to solve which I loved in the series.
Did you guys find that uc3 was a little low on problem solving parts?

I'm disappointed as I really loved the Uncharted games on PS3 and they were up there with my all time best. But playing them now I'm just not seeing the love I was expecting. I'm 3/4 through 3 now and tbh I have found it a chore in places. The relentless repetitive shooting bits just ruin the game for me.
