Since you're going over with satinwood (which is self undercoating) and it's just a primer coat you would probably be alright. But there is no way of telling how it will react, it's not likely to react but you could have a disaster on your hands.

Personally I don't like to go oil to acrylic without bridging primer, I use zinsser 123+ for that to ensure no nasty reactions.

If you're on a budget and priming bare wood you should use knotting solution then you could use johnstones joncryl.

In general I tend to find Jonno's trade paints to be better quality than dulux - dulux seem not to give a damn about the quality of their paints these days.
