Underfloor Heating Query

25mm eps on block and beam subfloor.
JK recommend 5mm minimum levelling compound on top.

It’s all gone into the heat loss calc and was deemed suitable at 125mm centres. As mentioned above though, large parts are <125mm centres.

Not typical I agree but I can’t find a single negative remark online about JK and their process.

I will mirror the positive review here, they were very good and it’s a pretty well polished process. Especially if you don’t have depth to spare.
