Uni Application Questions

Hi,

Just got a couple of questions I'm hoping someone can help me with for a masters application, firstly whats a good length for a personal statement? 1 A4 page sound good?

Secondly, listing previous employment on the application, i haven't done any work related to the course, all ive done is pub work (same pub on and off for 3 years), should I list that or would it be better to leave it blank. Also did 2 weeks work experience when i was 15, should i list that?

Do what the politicians do and use spin. Don't call it a pub but an establishment etc, and how you increased revenue x% or amount per what ever etc.
