I've already said I take responsibility for my actions. I've already said I appreciate students cause chaos. I've already said I'm sorry. I've already said I know people have to get up at 7.30am to go to work and have kids. So stop saying you wish i'd take responsibility for my action. (not actions, this is a one-off occasion)

So you say in one sentence it was a one off and then in the next sentence that the girls next door have had a problem and now when they have further problems they have to txt you to get it turned down. So what is the truth is this a one off or a regular occurence? I've also been through noisey neighbour wranglings and the council will not send someone out for a one off first offence.

It's all well and good saying they should come round the next day, by then it's too late they've already lost the nights sleep and applogies and guarentees of no further problems are cheap and often worthless. Hell maybe they just fancy causing you a bit of grief in exchange for the grief you've caused them? Obviously it would be preferable to you for them to sort it out face to face as it saves you from the police etc why would it be preferable to them when what they seek is a permanent and lasting solution? You're not in secondary school anymore grassing people up is no longer banned under playground rules.

PS You haven't taken responsibility for you actions because you're trying to weedle your way out of the consequences of your actions.

I've had a Section 3 from the council and a warning from the police.

I accept the consequences of my actions.

A month later, I get issued a £30 fine by the university. They can **** off.

people like you get on my nerves who won't stick up for your rights and just accept exploitation by the system. I love the school analogy, because this is precisely the sort of thing that would happen at school.

You got a section 3 for a first offence? I notice you dodged that question about repeat offences.

You've still never really explained why you think the uni can **** off you have breached the terms of you agreement with them and they have elected to fine you a nominal amount to remind you about your future conduct, I really can't see how you can have a problem with this? This has nothing to do with this big human rights civil liberties thing your trying to stir up, it basically boils down to you being an inconsiderate noisey chav who's too tight to pay up.

You're hilarious mate. An inconsiderate noisy chav indeed. I hope you get terrorized by an real inconsiderate noisy chav in the future.

This is the first time anything has happened. A Section 3 warning was issued and this was the first offence. Stop being smart arse and just accept that I am not the picture you're painting but a considerate student who made one mistake and just wants to get on with it.
