Scoreboard has wrong memory frequency. 1900 was the DDR rate, 950 was what it was set to in Waterman sorry.
Memory frequency is fine.
There are several ways to record it for GDDR, for yours it could have been 950, 1900 or 3800.
I need to stick to just one standard for the scoreboard so with your card it works out at 3800.
The default memory for an RTX Titan is 3500 but if you look at that in GPUZ it reads as 1750.
