uninstall patch?

How do you uninstall a single patch from a game? e.g. the patch 1.6 I installed for cod waw seems to faulty and when i re-click on the patch it just says that it is allready installed and doesnt give me a option to uninstall.

Uninstall the game then reinstall and install up to the latest patch that works.

No way to uninstall one patch, unless you backup all the files it changes I guess.

Mannaged to do it and it has gone on fine now and iam made up I didnt loose all me stats. Tar
