I'd go with NTK (NGK) or Bosch personally. These two companies make most of the OEM ones and if you want to spend a bit extra they will sell you one with the correct plug and wire length, as well as the universal type.
Any half decent motor factors should be able to get you one.
As a rule of thumb, Japanese cars tend to have NTK sensors originally, and European cars tend to use Bosch. It doesn't really matter if you get the wrong make though.
Just make sure the number of wires and the type of sensor (there are 2 types) is correct.
