Universal Remotes

Anyone know how to Speed up the harmony one when you press your icons(pictures) for the favourite channels via your sky box ?

mine is slow when I press a icon for a certain channel, like 2 seconds to type it onto screen and change channels, I have tried changing delay/speed etc but no difference
 
From the top of my head, if you go to the trouble shooting section of the setup software, I think there is a section saying something like, "device only responds to some commands or responds more than once. go to that section and you can change a setting which s basically the key repeat rate (though has a different effect from the delay/speed settings.

I had the problem that my IRman which I use to control my comp was responding twice for each button press. I fiddle with the delays etc and it didn't help but going thru the troubleshooter like this got it working fine.

If you can't find the section I've described, let me know and I'll have a look at mine and see exactly where it was.

yeah, it isn't that ( I think). Everything works very fast on the harmony. Just when I choose a picture icon relating to my favourites on SKY, it changes it v e r y slowly. like 2-3 seconds. Tried changing values and still nothing.

How quickly when you press a icon/channel favourite does yours take ?
 
Can someone tell me how fast there harmony one changes channel on the favourites on the touch screen ? mine takes about 2-3 seconds, really annoying, need someone to check there settings and let me know
(it is controlling my SKY box)
