There's no point in having question 1 or 2 atm. You can't submit the survey unless you answer all the questions about why you use social media.

Would do it but think the survey should be split more into 'work' and 'personal' than it is now.

I've used social media for work promotion (light use) but for personal stuff it's not something I bother with. So you could argue there's two different survey responses needed in my case.
