'unknown device' what is it???

I've recently done a re-install of Windows XP Pro and I'm getting an unknown device wanting to be installed. I don't for the life of me know what it is, when I go through the wizard to install the driver it never finds it!!! Nothing has changed since my last installation so I haven't a clue what it is. Is there a way of finding out what it might be? It says it's location is on the PCI bus but apart from that I have no idea. My current spec is: A8N5X, 3700+, 2 x 512 corsair, 1 x seagate 320GB SATA, 1 x pioneer 111d, 1 x asus crw 5232as, 1 x radeon x850 and 1 x creative audigy 2 and a floppy drive, thats it.

just given it a try, do I have to compare every device listed with what I have in device manager?

If it is an Asus motherboard then it is probably 'ATK0110 ACPI Utility'. You can find a driver for it on the Asus CD in the AI Booster/win2000 folder.
