Hello i bought a Connect 3D X1950XT Graphics Card a few months ago and ever since i inserted it, every time i log into windows i always get the Welcome to the Hardware update wizard? Its a Unknown Device.

Any ideas, its starting to annoy me now lol.

and install it when it fails go into device manager and disable the one with a yellow ! see if that helps

remove all the drivers for it restart and cancel the driver install then using the most up2 date drivers install them whilst there is no drivers installed for the card
out of any ideas after that

Thanks paul but have tried that aswell lol.

Heres a screen shot, obviously something to do with the GPU.

Try the WDM drivers.

Indeed.

Make sure you install the WDM driver as well as the display driver and catalyst control centre. All 3 drivers should be bundled in a single exe file which you download off ATI.

There is an extra device after I installed the ATI driver for my X1800, don't remember what it's called though.

*EDIT* That's it the "ATI T200 Unified AVStream Driver", don't know what it's for though..

Totally off topic, but in the screenshot it shows 4.58pm, how do I change my clock to show that?

I've looked for the option but I can't find it.

Thanks :)

Just right click on the clock and then go to Adjust Date/Time. Why do you want to change it to 4:58 though?
