Unknown paypal payment

Not a big issue, but a little confused. I have had 11 euros paid into paypal by a company called Slightly mad studios. I can see online that they are a video game company, but I am confused about this payment.

Is it anything dodgy?

It'll be the payment for investing. I suspect you were a Junior backer with that amount - I was a regular backer and received about 30 euros a couple of days ago.

In before suggesting withdraw the money, change bank accounts, change name and move house.

Extract from the WMD site regarding payments:

The end result is that the payments which will be made on or around 28 August will be at a rate of 110% of the amounts originally contributed, i.e. that means you are making a 10% profit immediately, as we are paying you before we actually receive all of the funds from Bandai Namco. There will of course be further payments in later quarters. We fully expect the profits to be substantial for everyone as we’ll be paying them for years!

Yes, but the main reason for me was to get access to the builds throughout the development cycle.

There was a lot of this going on. Have to say, that's not my style though. Certainly wasn't the racing sim I'd hoped for.
