unknown software in system tray

So I installed my copy of Nod32 and shortly after i noticed a new icon in my system tray. dont know what it is, i cannot right or left click on it to bring up the main programme.

when i click on customize in the system tray it comes up with the title Quickset, although im pretty sure its not linked to my dell quickset driver for my play, pause n volume buttons.

I know its not much to go on but does anyone recognise this icon

LockStatusTray.exe by logitech perhaps?

Try ending the "quickset.exe" process and see if the icon stays.

It’s for quickset, it controls the special keys on dell systems (caps + num lock and the whit buttons on laptops).
the icon in the pic is for num lock.
