What's the best/fastest/most reliable way?

Do t-mobile offer an unlocking service, or is there a good site to get a code from?

(for my ex-team leader person's wife)

totally serious, Ebay is fine for this. Done well over 100 unlocks just using the cheapest ebay vendor for a specific model.

May be of help? I know it says "joining-ee" but google shows: "Find out more details on how to unlock your EE, Orange or T-Mobile phone."

Yeah the EE website unlocks all 3 networks but there's a £7 or £8 charge I think so might be better off going the ebay route.
