Unlucky Haswell CPU?

New haswell cpu's release very soon, which will have improved overclocking thermals etc. They should run a lot cooler and clock higher.

Maybe sell your current CPU and upgrade, if you want faster.

Yes its a decent shout. I'm just annoyed with myself. Having had my Phenom IMC fail, I just went and opted for the newest CPU. I normally spend weeks researching before I purchase, but I had little time. Wont do that again ;)

That said, I'm quite happy with 4.3MHz and OC Samsung memory. Only issue now is I have no onboard audio (just static) on this D3H.....luckily I have an Asus D1 which I'm using.

Seems I will need to RMA the board, which is disappointing, as I still have the cuts and bruises from installing the Be Quiet Dark pro 3 :p

Such is life :)
