Unmountable Boot Volume

Hi,

First of, I'm on WinXP. About a month ago, I booted up and a blue screen appeared reporting that I have an Unmountable Boot Volume error, so I tried rebooting and going through Safe Mode, and got the same result. It seemed like there was nothing I could do apart from a (full) format, so I did.

For the past month, the machine has been running fine, until last night when I got in and went to power up the PC and the same error appeared again.

Does anyone have suggestions on this issue?

Thanks!
