Unrar problems

Hey guys

I'm trying to extract a 4gb file to a partition with 30gb free space. When it gets to 70%, it says the disk is full. Is it likely to be a corrupt package? Anything to fix this?

how much free space do you have on your C: as it will temp unrar there before it transfers it to the required partition ?

Only 1.5gb

Formated yesterday and only allocated 15gb for the C drive, whoops!

Anyway to change where it unrars temporarily?

1.5gb is 1 or 2 games so it'll be a problem again real soon. i have a 50gb c and thats full with just software and games.

I don't plan on keeping any files on my C drive, it's solely a partition for the OS (didn't remember XP taking up this much space). I've got a partition allocated for games etc
