This looks kinda fun
http://www.unravelgame.com/en_GB.html

I've preordered it, mostly for family members to play on, as much as myself. It might be terrible and simple, and though I don't care much about the simple aspect... it should kill a few hours of colourful, non-violent and harmless fun.

It does look very pretty, at least.

Been following this for a while will be getting it for me and the missis, not sure to go PS4 or PC though.

Both. :p I'd go for console first and then bag it cheap in a Steam sale later on. (Well it won't be on Steam. Origin sale then.)

I purchased my pre-order via the store the moment it went up, it was one of the games that just stuck out to me when it was announced i think at E3 last year or may have been another one.

You get the first two levels in the trial then it end's, i will buy it at some point.

thats enough to decide whether i like it or not :p
looks like LBP to me, i saw on the store its not that expensive either..

will make a nice change from the constant shooters i tend to play, unless you can shoot wool in this :D

Beautiful graphics and a nice story, but I got bored quite quickly of the actual gameplay. It seemed a bit limited and repetitive? Yarn swing, tie knot bridge, move object, find more yarn, repeat.

Unless they introduce more mechanics later on I'll wait, it will end up free or very cheap at some point.

Well I "finished" it. Not 100% all secrets, but got through it all.
Unravel is without exception, the most beautiful game I've ever played. Not just visually, but the design, level/puzzles... music/emotionally... it's amazing.

It's not THAT challenging, and perhaps it IS repetitive, if you just take the knot/swing mechanics at face value, but then so is every other game. Or platformer, or driving game... or RPG. Games ARE repetitive by their very nature.

And I thoroughly enjoyed this one

I was thinking about this as a purchase and having read your comment it is now downloading and quickly too! :D

Fairly basic platformer, executed with oodles of polish and a nice aesthetic. Well worth a purchase for an occasional pick up and play game.
