Very nice indeed, one of the best looking engines ever - so begins the battle of the great game engines, CryEngine, Unreal and SnowDrop being major contenders!
Amazing how much difference the post-processing effects make to the image quality - the scene is brought to life, rather than looking bland. The actual developing tools shown in the video look fairly simple to use yet powerful too. All in all I'm impressed and I say bring on this new generation of ultra-realistic gaming

Indeed, titanfall is quite refreshing for a few reasons but mainly it's fast paced. We are in need of a new UT 99

UT2003/4 was still very good, but UT3 was far too consolised, sadly It's pretty much a given in this day and age that UT4 will be too
And don't forget iD Tech 5, oh wait, yeah, their not licensing it to external developers, because reasons and stuff /facepalm
Seriously why did they even think that was a good idea? the most prolific engine creators of all time whos work gave us Duke 3D, Half Life and Call of Duty, have now decided not to license out their engine, madness.

It will be fine, they decided it wasn't going how they wanted in 2011 and started again from scratch. Apogee did the same thing with Duke Nukem Forever and that turned out............. Capcom did the same thing with Resident Evil 2 and that turned out great!
