Aah so many memories. Played so much ctf back in the days and when not playing being sat i a lot of irc channels on Quakenet...
Jolt, barrysworld, wireplay...
Really miss dedicated servers and the friendships you could make playing on specific ones (or trying too when they were full). Its a shame modern gaming has largely done away with this.

Ah community servers... you just made me want to install CS and try to find a good server like the old days.
I never really got in to any servers on UT it was just whatever was low ping at the time... on my 64k ISDN line! god i remember when I finally got ISDN... so excited heh
